One goal of a modernized, brain compatible approach to learning is to make approaches for learning less frustrating and more enjoyable.  Students in S.M.A.R.T, S.A.F.E., P.L.A.Y.F.U.L learning environments (free of judgments and criticisms) will move forward, evaluating the experience after it happens.  On the other hand, in unsafe teaching-fixing to get-it- right environments, students have concerns before they act.  Modernized approaches to learning motivate individuals toward higher-order thinking in fail-free conditions that are conducive to producing unforgettable learning.
